Kid's STEM Creation Stations at the Alta Community Library
STEM activities are available All Day Any Day at the Library! Children are invited to come visit our Kid's Creation Stations during Early Dismissal Afternoons, like Wednesday, February 13th. Also when no school is scheduled like on Monday, February 18th.

Toddle Time at Alta Community Library
Toddle Time will meet on Friday mornings at 10:30 a.m., for children ages 5 and under. Day Cares and Care Givers are welcome. Come hear stories and do other fun activities. This program is FREE.

Come & Go Coffee For Adults
Come visit the Library every Saturday from 9 am-1 pm and enjoy a relaxing and creative time! Come work on our community puzzle or bring any crafts with you like knitting, crocheting, cross stitch, scrapbooks, etc. Listen/watch to an author talk with FREE coffee and coloring supplies provided, including ready to color bookmarks.

Children's Stuffed Animal Workshop
Come stuff a seal, name it, and take it home! We'll start off with a story, and then make your new arctic friend your own, on Saturday February 16th at 10 am at Alta Community Library. Pre-registration is REQUIRED for this event, and there is no charge to attend. PLEASE call or stop by the library to register your child 712-200-1250. Space is limited! A waiting list has already been started. We hope to host another workshop soon.
